Uniform

School hats or caps are also a compulsory part of the school uniform for boys. Girls may wear a white tennis shade or sunvisor when outside. Children without hats when outside will be required to sit in the shade.

Only black leather school shoes are approved. Slip-on shoes and high heels are not permitted.

Uniform must always be neat and well presented. Dirty, torn or damaged uniforms are unacceptable. If for any reason a child is out of full school uniform for a day, a note from the parents must be sent to the school explaining the reason. Sanctions or penalties will be imposed if the correct uniform is not being worn.

Personal Hygiene

Children must be well presented at all times. Girls with long hair must have their hair tied up and girls from Year 4 upwards must wear the Hijab. Boys must have a short, plain and blended haircut. (No undercuts, hair gel or mullets allowed.) Fingernails must be kept short and clean. The only forms of jewellery permitted at school are wristwatch for boys and stud earrings and wristwatch for girls.

Lost Property

Please label all items of your child's clothing. With hundreds of children wearing the same items, it is imperative that you label all items of your child’s clothing with their name.

Should an item of clothing go missing, children are to look first of all in their classroom and lockers and/or playground where they were last playing.

If the item still cannot be found, a lost property box is located at the school. Please speak to our office staff to assist you
